Put On Your Best Yoga Face.

I've had some tough mental struggles lately. I've gotten so overwhelmed that I would literally sit in my bed and stare into space thinking "what the f**k am I doing?" I've wanted to give up so badly. It's nuts how low you can get, and then a little light will come on saying "Hey! You've worked your butt off up until this point. You've poured your heart, soul and ALL of your money into this. If you give up now you will just be missing out and you will never find out how far you could have gotten!!" No matter what you do or where you go you will ALWAYS have these ups and downs. Wouldn't you rather have them doing something you're passionate about?

I'm starting to get to the point in my 'adulthood' that when I want to do something, I do it. When I see a need, I fill it. Trying to keep myself constantly moving in a forward motion. Sometimes it gets exhausting, and it's better just to take a step back- RELAX- and reevaluate just so you can continue to move forward. Are you fulfilling your personal, spiritual, and mental needs at their deepest core? THAT is what matters. Taking care of you, before you take care of others. You can't positively affect other people if you can't do it for yourself. This sounds selfish, but it's not. It's reality. In the end YOU are all you have.  You have to keep moving forward and pushing yourself to new limits!

When life/business/love gets tough, you put on your best yoga face. You push as far as you can, you move forward even when you really really really don't want to. You smile and take gratitude for the progress you've made. You remember that success doesn't happen overnight. Every day is different. You're not going to feel motivated and creative every day. It's okay to take downtime, but always remember your ultimate goal and to continue to work towards it. Find YOUR flow, and go with it. Do what you can, and let go of the rest. Most importantly- BREATHE. Everything will be okay.
